He is survived by: his wife Lila Watkins (Harrison); his children, Martin, David, Raymond Watkins (Karen) of Lewisville, TX, Marvin Watkins (Nim) of Claremore, OK, Mark Watkins (Shannon) of Antioch, TN and Laurie Watkins Hess (Steven) of Killeen, TX; and his sister Joy Watkins Wilkerson of Enumclaw. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Eastern Hills Baptist Church Youth Ministry fund.
