He is survived by: his wife Anita Simpson; his daughter Jill (Hugh); his grandchildren, Seth and Riley Ghormley of Garland, TX; his daughter Stacy (Stefano Crivellaro) of Abano Terme, Italy; his grandchildren, Christina and Michael Glover of Houston, TX; his great grandchild Alex Hernandez; his nephew David Burnett of Ponca City, OK; and his pet Chester.
