He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur James and Eldora Faye Kinnard; and his sisters, Ruth Ann and Donna. He is survived by: his wife Judy Kinnard; his daughters, Jodie Lavigne and Susan Gates; and his grandchildren, Carter Gates, Dawson Gates, Derek Lavigne and Jessica Lavigne.
