He is survived by: his significant other Betty Joe Wells; his children, Kasee Kincade (Pam) of Marietta, Wade Kincade (Phyllis) of Claremore, Dona Potts of Tulsa, Kelly Kincade (Jeff Lewis) of Whiteoak and Carmen Milam (Glenn) of Tulsa; and his brothers, Ron Kincade of Catoosa, David Kincade of Missouri and Many. He is also survived by Many grand children, great-grandchildren Nieces, nephews.
