He was predeceased by: his sister Katherine LeGate; his parents, Dick LeGate and Elizabeth LeGate; his brother Richard LeGate; and his sister-in-law Jarol LeGate.
He is survived by: his wife Kim Legate; his children, Lindey Robbins (Bill Navarette), Ryan Robbins and Matt Robbins; his niece Jane; his nephew Bruce Clarke; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Cole, Carson, Darin and Linda Richter; his grandchildren, Hunter, Gabby, Colton, Teagan, London, Caden, Levi and Abbi; and also, Trevor and Robby.
