With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Lenard (Claremore, Oklahoma), born in Ruby, South Carolina, who passed away on April 23, 2019 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Bob Atkinson and Susie Atkinson (Prevatte); her son Johnny Dee Lenard; and her siblings, Basil Hucks, Guy Atkinson, Jack Atkinson, James Atkinson and Georgia Stroud.

She is survived by: her daughter Deena Ridenour (Steve); her grandson William Lenard (Kara); her great grandchildren, Haley, Alivia, Kamryn, Lilly, Dax and Brodie; and her siblings, Flora Belle Barbee, Lynn Burch and Bob Atkinson. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
