He is survived by: his wife Lily Blum; his sons, Ryan Blum of Nowata, OK and Brian Blum of Fayetteville, Arkansas; his siblings, Mark Blum of Tulsa, OK, Phil (Gayle Blum) of San Antonio, TX and Janet Foster of Wichita, KS.; his former wife Janet Adams; and also Helen Leaverton. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
