He is survived by: his adoptive father William Urban; his wife Terri; his children, Jason Urban, Rachel Baker (Robbie) and Billy Urban (Janelle); his grandchildren, Bryce, Payton "PJ" Urban, Brandon, Wyatt, Tyler, Kolby Baker, Kaydee, Grace Jones, Brynlee, Blake and Jaden Urban; his great grandchildren, Hazlee and Delilah Baker; his brother Tommy Mueller; and his sibling's children, Heather Stebbins, Jaimmie Cook and Nicholas Stebbins.
