She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Carl McNeal and Jeanetta McNeal; her husband Richard Frakes; her sons, Eric (Josey Frakes), Kenneth (Jeannie Frakes), Chance (Darlene Frakes) and Chris (Tanya LeBlanc); her sisters, Diana Sims of Arlington, TX, Sheila Morgan and Vicki Turner; and her grandson Nicholas Frakes. She was also cherished by 9 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
