He was predeceased by: his children, Lavonne Wiley and Steven Troy Wiley; his siblings, Clyde Wiley, Roy Wiley, Raymond Wiley, Orville Wiley, Ann Wiley Tharrel, Diane Shell and Ruth Ann Thompson; and his parents, Haley Wiley and Beulah Wiley.
He is survived by: his wife Margie Barnes; and his brothers, Billy Wiley of Claremore and Jerry Wiley of Sapulpa.
