He is survived by: his wife Patsy Moore; his children, Jeff Lay (Rebecca) of Wynona and Stacie Haught (Harold) of Wynona, Oklahoma; his siblings, Marvin Lay (Glenda) of Bowlegs, Oklahoma and Carol Brown (Ron) of Welch, Oklahoma; and his grandchildren, Shelby Haught, Lizzie Lay and Hannah Lay. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
