She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Samuel and Bernice Garrison (Almy); her daughter Jane Ann Braden; and her siblings, Earl Garrison and Wilma Chronic.

She is survived by: her children, Howard E. Braden, Jr. of Mannford and Kelli Scarbrough of Owasso, Oklahoma; and her grandchildren, Nick Braden of Cleveland, Daniel Braden of Midwest City, Doug Funston of Owasso, Cameron Funston of Broken Arrow, Logan Funston of Owasso, Ethan of Owasso, Oklahoma and Riley Scarbrough of Owasso, Oklahoma. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
