He was predeceased by: his parent Jerry Ackley. He is survived by: his mother Jannette Ackley (Ross); his daughters, Tabitha Rhatigan (Wes) and Tara Lang (Kodi); and his brothers, Eric Ackley (Lori) and Chris Ackley (Pam). He is also survived by five grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Monday, August 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Chapman-Black Funeral Home (108 W Delaware St, Cleveland, OK 74020).
