He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Theok Old Bear and Angie Ruth Old Bear (Black Wolf); his daughter Pauline; and his siblings, Patricia, Veronica, Lola, Mary, Regina, Woxie and Stanley.
He is survived by: his children, Regina, Sarah, Dena, Elaine, Clarisa, Woxie, Eshie, Anola, Shannon, Anthony and Theok; and his sister Ramona Old Bear Welch. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
