He is survived by: his former wife Betty Friesen; his wife Betty Shepherd; his children, Lyle (Kyle Shepherd) of Arapaho, Vicki (Randy Dupree) of Elk City, Rusty (Jerri Shepherd) of Clinton and Darrel Shepherd of Butler; his siblings, Karen (Gary Brantley) of Oklahoma City and Rick (Glendene Shepherd) of Meeker; and his grandchildren, Misti (Joe Davis) of Tulsa, Jeremy Shepherd of Arapaho, Darren (Sumer Dupree) of Elk City, Jarred (Chelsea Shepherd) of Amber, Lindsey Shepherd of Edmond, Monte (Angela Dupree) of Weatherford, Devon (Merri Dupree) of Butler and Kayla (Josh Watkins) of Weatherford.
