We are sad to announce that on January 23, 2022, at the age of 78, Richard Sprong of Clinton, Oklahoma, born in Riverside, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Edmund James Sprong and Madeline Marie Sprong (Talmadge); and his brother Edmund Thomas Sprong. He is survived by : his daughters, Samantha Madeline Johnston (Ron) of Fort Collins, CO, Kristen Lesley Beyer (Jason) of Grove, OK, Meredith Drusilla Sprong and Ontario; his sister Marilyn Talmadge Rogers of Newton, MA; his niece Meghan; and his grandchildren, Drew Johnston, Will Johnston, Logan Beyer, Gage Beyer, Piper Beyer, Kelsey Baxter, Morgan Baxter and Austin Baxter.
