She is survived by: her husband Forrest Kenneth Hopkins, Jr.; her children, Chris Hopkins (Marci), Eva Jones (Herb), Janice Hardy (Paul) and Forrest Kenneth Hopkins III; and her grandchildren, Cathy Taylor, Dalton Swayze, Aiden Hopkins, Hunter Jones, Eon Edic, Forrest Kenneth Hopkins IV, Mason Schermer and Ryleigh Hopkins.
