She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Greene and Rosie Bell Greene (Murray); her son Terry Hewitt; her husband Stanley Hewitt; her siblings, Nina Belle Wise, Helen Mullins Appleby, Clifford Greene and Edward Greene; and her grandchildren, Christopher Hewitt and Jaclyn Limon.
She is survived by: her children, Tammie Neal (Tony) of Freeport, Florida and Toby Hewitt of Coweta; her brother Johnnie Greene (Johnnie Lou) of Coweta, Oklahoma.; her grandchildren, Justin Limon (Jennifer), Lauren Leonhard (Nate), Taryn Starkey (Brandon), Sarah Obiero (Fred) and Spencer Hewitt (Katherine); and her great grandchildren, Bradie, Foster, Lena Starkey, Liam, Harper Hewitt, Jack Limon, Oliver Massey and Norah Leonhard.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brown Funeral Home (210 S Broadway, Coweta, OK 74429). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (15296 OK-72, Coweta, OK 74429). A burial was held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at the Vernon Cemetery.
