She was predeceased by : her parents, Earl Terhune and Floy Terhune (Tharp); her husband Rufus "Bud" Smith; and her daughter Victoria Payne. She is survived by : her children, Teresa Milligan (Rick), Larry Payne (Shelly) and Kim Brooks (Suzy). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
