She was predeceased by : her parents, Mabel Copeland (Todd) and Charlie Copeland; her brothers, Glen, Gene and Leonard Copeland (Don Hixon); her son Larry Don Hixon; and her grandson Curtis Dale Hixon.

She is survived by : her sons, Gary Lynn and Gary Hixon (Vickie) of Crescent; her daughter-in-law Rhonda Hixon Brown of Dover; her grandchildren, Craig Hixon (Ashley) of Woodward, Kristi Warwick (Pearce) of Lawton, Wesley Hixon (Heather) of Dover, Trisha Stribel (Clint) of Hennessey, Mandi Jackson (Jeremiah) of Edmond, Brandi Fraysur (Aarron) of Warr Acres and Se'an Maxwell (DeeAnne) of Amarillo, TX.; her sister Evelyn Post of Kingfisher; and her sisters-in-law, Linda Peck of The Woodlands, Leila Hixon of Beggs and Lisa Oliver of Norman. She is also survived by 26 Great-Grandchildren and 2 Great-Great-Granddaughters.

In Lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that memorials be made to First Christian Church of Guthrie.
