He is survived by : his children, Erick Zachgo (Brandy) and Jessica Mullins (David) of Kingfisher; his grandchildren, Carson, Cara Mullins, Jaydn Zachgo and Keenon Butler; his siblings, Gary Zachgo of Dallas, TX and Christi Lewis; and his niece Emily Lewis of Kingfisher.
