He is survived by : his wife Peggy Davis; his son Tony Huerta (Susan) of Tryon, OK; his grandson Willie; his son Terry Huerta (Cindy) of Ripley, OK; his grandchildren, Samantha Jo, Amber, Angie, Blake, Raylynn, Zoey, Isaiah, Marleemae, Rhett and Taylor; his daughter Angela Hicks (Brad) of Guthrie, OK; his grandchildren, Nick and Abby; his great grandchild Hunter; his son Austin Huerta (Paula); his grandsons, Peter and Michael; his siblings, Mary Burckhalter (Max), Faye Cypert (Larry), Linda Rogers (Jim), Dorothy King, Julie Wright (Johnny), Jay Huerta (Lynnda) and Steve Huerta; and his friends, Dean Dickerson and Zack Brown. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives.
