She was predeceased by: her parents, O. F. Jones and Virgie Pearl Brannon Ballard; and her sisters, Pat Christy and Carol Chesmore. She is survived by: her children, Retta, Gerald, Glenda and Debbie; her husband Henry; her children, Terry Jacob of Cushing, Leonard Jacob of San Antonio and Sherry Hurwitz of Austin, Texas; her brother Charles Ballard (Sue) of Cushing; her husband Albert; and also, Retta Brawdy, Gerald Jolley, Glenda Martin and Debbie Walker. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren.
