She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Toops and Lila Toops; and her siblings, Rebecca Winkler, Margaret Ragan, Doug and Ben Toops.
She is survived by: her siblings, Wanda Bailey of Texas, Arthur Toops of Stillwater and Frank Toops of Argona, KS; and her siblings' children, Becky Winkler of Cushing, Paul Winkler of Cushing and Roger. She is also survived by other numerous relatives and friends.
