He is survived by : his wife Patsie Miller; his children, Jera Daniels (Benji), David Guy (Jamey) and Mark Collins (Melissa); his mother Lois Albright (Shankel) of Clinton, OK; his siblings, Gayle Guy Kunz (Greg), Chesapeake, Leila, Ralph Hansen (Paula), Durango and Johnny Guy (Leigh); his stepsiblings, Kin Chin (Candi) and Su Jen Mauldin (Norm); and his close friends, Chris Brizendine and Dale Robinson. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, five great-grandchildren.
