She was predeceased by: her sister Sonya Jones. She is survived by: her parents, Vernon Smith and Mary Smith (Munn); her husband Jay Custar; her children, Roberto Rivera (Dede), Sammy Rivera (Monica), Jory Custar (Calee) and Julia Blakemore (Michael); her grandchildren, Jansen and Jordy; and her sibling's children, Mike Gibson, Dusty Beard and Crystal Beard. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
