He was predeceased by: his parents, Lenard Albert and Bertha May Koch (Fisher); his sister Leah Koch; and his stepfather Frank "Cotton" Schlehuber. He is survived by: his son Kyle Koch (Jennifer) of Davis; and his brothers, Lenard Koch (Corie) of Oklahoma City, Melvin Koch (Kerry) of Kansas, Jason Koch (Minnie) of Dougherty and Bryon Koch (Rhonda) of Minnesota. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
