He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Leslie and Leta Lou Pitts (Rife); his grandmother Ella Rife; his brother-in-law David Robinson; and his brother Todd.
He is survived by: his sister Karen; his brother-in-law Pat McKaig of Mountain Home, AR; his niece Diana Inks; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jaden of Wichita, KS, Gavin of Wichita, KS and Ciara of Wichita, KS; and his cousins, Richard Carli of Tulsa, Carol Barrow (Jim) of Tulsa and Janice Johnson of Edmond, OK.
