She was predeceased by: her parents, Yong Nam Kim and Jum Soon Kim (Yoon). She is survived by: her husband Donald L. Cathey; her sons, Victor Gaj Jr. and Richard Morningstar; her grandchildren, Michael, Brad and Madison; and her great grandchildren, Ben and Charlotte Morningstar.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Ford Chapel at Barnes-Friederich & Pope Funeral Home (315 S Sooner Rd, Oklahoma City, OK 73110). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Ft. Sill National Cemetery (2648 Dunn Rd, Elgin, OK 73538).
