He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Frazier and Ruth Lee Frazier; and his sisters, Laverne Smith and Gloria Frazier. He is survived by: his wife Latoraya Frazier; his children, Jeremiah Frazier, Lee Frazier Jr., Leon Frazier, Jalisco Frazier, Latasha Frazier, Le'Taya Frazier, Javirror Cavers, Jisha Cavers, Jiamesha Cavers and Jeremy Lee; and his sisters, Wanda Nelson and Barbara Frazier. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
