He is survived by: his mother Mary Susanne Helton-Willingham (Weller); his wife Amy David; his children, Brodie and Alyssa; his stepfather Greg Willingham; his father Revelle Helton; his children, Kelly Helton, Declan James Helton, Kane Riley Helton and Gunther Titus Helton; his grandchildren, Tyler Helton, Luke Helton and Lyric Helton; his grandparents, Joy Helton, Harold and Margaret Weller; his siblings, Shane and Holly; and his siblings' children, Jena Helton, Allison Morris, Jacob Helton and David Morris.
