He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Howell and Addie Lou McQuary; his sister Brenda Fowler; and his sister-in-law Rilda Kay Howell. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Ann Adams; his grandsons, Brandt "Powder" Stocking and Beckham "Beemer" Stocking; and his brothers, James Howell of Woodward and Kenneth Howell (Debbie) of Lake Texoma. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and a host of friends.
