He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Taylor and Ruby Taylor (Rogers); his wife Helga Dinse; his siblings, Bobby Taylor and Betty Worth; and his son Dean Bowles.
He is survived by: his children, Roger Taylor of Lawton, Ronnie Taylor of Oklahoma City, Paula Neel (Max) of Oklahoma City, Patty Trumble (Mike) of Shawnee and Bryan Bowles (Jeanette) of Duncan; and his brothers, Bennie Taylor (Betty) of Elgin and Buddy Taylor (Mary) of Beaumont, TX. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren.
