He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sims (Bill) and Willie Sims (Crews); his son Terry Wayne; and his brother Billy Ray Sims. He is survived by: his son Randal Lee; his wife Billie Jean (Shelton); his son Randy Lee Sims (Linda) of Duncan; his daughter-in-law Cheryl Sims of Duncan; and his grandchildren, Donald Sims (Bobbie), Teresa Sims Acosta (Ernie), Michelle Lohan (Tim), T. J. Ausmus (Amber), Crystal Sims and Adam Sims (Dani). He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
