With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cynthia Kay Carter-Baldwin of Duncan, Oklahoma, born in Dumas, Texas, who passed away on January 8, 2022 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow Carter and Nola Carter; and her brothers, Calvin and Lewis Wayne. She is survived by: her husband Ronald F. Baldwin; her stepdaughter Sarah Baldwin-Rodriguez of Port St; her grandchildren, Joshua Silva of New Bedford and Ashley Silva of Port St; her great grandchildren, Jake Silva and Timothy Davis; her brother John; her nieces, Ellen Stoune of Rock Hill, SC and Crystal Carter-Trolinder of Canyon; and her pets, Trouble and Louise. She is also survived by her pet children.
