He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edmond "Buck" and Mary Fullerton (Walker); and his siblings, Irene Jurek, Mary Elaine, Joe "Buck" Robert, Jed, Charlie and Jimmy Ray.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine; and his sons, David Lynn Fullerton (Rhonda) of Empire and Michael Fullerton (Lisa) of New Castle. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
