She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene B. Smith and Annie Lucelle Smith (Ezell); and her siblings, Cova Smith, Reva Poland and Raymond Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Jessica Zielinski of Duncan, Shawn Balm of Japan and Jedadiah "JJ" Balm (Tara Scarbrough); and her siblings, Arvel Smith of Marlow, Marvin Smith of Marlow, Reba Smith of Bella Vista, AR. and Sherry Littleton of Marlow. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
