She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Coffman and Faye Coffman (Kennedy); her husband Bill David; and her children, Allan, Pat Mayes and Denise Hurst.
She is survived by: her son-in-law Dale Hurst of Comanche; and her siblings, Virgil Coffman of Duncan and Wanda Morris (Joe) of Duncan. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
