He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Rohrer and Monta Paramore (White); his wife Kathryn Jewel Graham; and his siblings, Harry, Paul and Dorothy.
He is survived by: his children, Valorie Newberry (Ron Newberry), Tracy Rivera and Fred Paramore II (Carolyn Koch-Paramore); and his grandchildren, Mason Newberry, Reagan Newberry, Ruby Newberry and Mariah Rivera.
