He was predeceased by: his parents, John Elwood and Mary Lee Pannell (Johnson); his grandson Abraham Hernandez-Pannell; his great grandchild Kasiin Ramos; and his brothers, Ronald Pannell and Roger Pannell.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa (Angel Banuelos) and Stephanie Pannell of Duncan; his grandchildren, Makayla Pannell, Christian Escandon, Cale Escandon, Madison Diaz, Maliki Pannell and Mylie Banuelos; and his great grandchild Tabais Ramos.
