He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Ollie Mae Surratt; his children, Traci Surratt-Lewis (Patrick), George Surratt, Jr. (Lorna) and Bryan Surratt (Donna); his wife Mary; his father Bennie Joe Surratt; his brother Everette Surratt (Toni); and his siblings-in-law, Robert Duffy (Jana) and Katherine Emma Richardson. He was also cherished by uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
