He was predeceased by: his parents, Estle E. Nickell and Lois Ezelle Nickell; and his siblings, Donald R. Nickell and Ellen Finley Nickell. He is survived by: his wife Donnett "DeeDee" Jackson (DeeDee); his children, Tony Nickell, Keith Nickell (Gayla), Don Nickell (Andrea), Dearl Nickell, Nancy Prater (Roger), Wanda Jackson (Eddie) and Diane Wright (Dawell); and his foster daughter Brenda Boren. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; and a large extended family and friends.
