She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Isabella Kirkpatrick Legg and Everett Preston Legg; her husband Paul D. Sullivan; and her siblings, Marjorie Fisher and Dr. William Legg.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Ann Legg of Kansas City; her sons, Michael P. Sullivan (Debbie) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Dr. Steve P. Sullivan (Vicki) of Houston, Texas and Kent P. Sullivan (Robin) of Duncan, Oklahoma.; her grandchildren, Michelle, Dr. Jay Lynn White of Duncan, Oklahoma, Meredith Albin of Duncan, Oklahoma, Samuel Sullivan of Albuquerque, Andrew, Debby Sullivan of Stafford, Virginia, Wilson, Nicole McGarry, Christopher McGarry, Preston Sullivan (Adrienne Gab) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Patrick Sullivan and Caroline Sullivan of Dallas, Texas.; and her great grandchildren, Katelyn, Jillian White, Tyler, Bryce, Ellis, Vivian Albin, Ashlyn Sullivan, Lily Sullivan, Madeline and Andrew McGarry.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the Memorial Fund of the First Christian Church for the Youth Trust or to the Communities Foundation of Oklahoma, 801 N.W. 63rd Street, Suite 200, Oklahoma City, OK 73116 for the benefit of the Paul & Helen Sullivan Family Scholarship Trust which assists Duncan High School graduates with their college education.
