It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack Chisholm (Duncan, Oklahoma), born in Chickasha, Oklahoma, who passed away on December 28, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Puckett and Edith Chisholm (Meier); his sons, Jack Durwood Chisholm and Robert Keith Chisholm; and his sisters, Eloise Forker and Rayma Kay Weedn.
He is survived by: his wife Norma; his daughter Vickie (Allan Dupuis) of Norman; and his grandchildren, Jordan and Justin Dupuis. He is also survived by one nephew; and three nieces.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made in his name to the Empire Fire Department.
