He is survived by: his mother Donna Jean Hickenbottom (Love); his daughter Jayme Dannelle Bennett; his grandchildren, Kaydence Alexis Barnes and Ryleigh Lynn Bennett-Smith; his brother Rick Hickenbottom; his aunt Debra Beene; his nieces, Cassie and Callie; and his pet Cali.
