He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy (Fields) and James Ronald Williams, Sr.; and his brother Col. Bruce Williams. He is survived by: his wife Wilma; his daughter Carole; his son-in-law Billy Bob Bailey; his grandchildren, Chad, Kayla Bailey, Ryan and Robyn Bailey; his great grandchildren, Jaxon Bailey, Kynadee Bailey and Reece Bailey; his sister Ann Klemm; and his sister-in-law Phyllis Williams.
