He was predeceased by: his brother Bradley Smith; and his grandparents, Leon Shannon, Francis Smith and Joy Smith. He is survived by: his parents, Gerald Lynn Smith of Marlow and Robbie Lee Shannon of Duncan; his daughter Ryleigh Smith; his sister Brandi Henderson (Josh) of Duncan; his grandmother Vesta Lavey of Marlow; his sibling's children, Hayden Smith, Hailey Smith, Daylan Tinline and Kaegan Henderson; and his great-nephew Knox Miskell.
