He was predeceased by: his parents, Leumon Womack and Beulah Womack; and his siblings, Roy Womack, Prudie Garrett and Ona Robinson.

He is survived by: his siblings, Jerry Womack (Darlene) of Rush Springs, Oran Womack of Marlow, Kenneth Womack of Tulsa, Leumon Womack (Phyllis), Tim Womack of Rush Springs, June Price of Bray, Edith Scheidt of Charleston, AR. and Vierenea Ryan of Oklahoma City. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
