He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Billings Parker and Jane Elizabeth Parker (Johnson); and his sisters, Karen Parker and Jane Grounds. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Parker; his children, LeAnna McAfee (Darvin) of Duncan and Jeffrey Parker of Duncan; his grandchildren, Magnolia McAfee, Ivan Ray McAfee and Darvin Lee Billings McAfee; and his brother Steve Parker (Pam). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
