He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Kondrach and Janelle Ingrid Kondrach (Carlson); his brother Peter Jan Kondrach; and his aunts and uncles, John Kondrach, George Kondrach, Mary Vozdovic and Anne Benjamine Endicott.
He is survived by: his children, Michael C. Kondrach of Duncan, Natalia R. Kondrach of Duncan, Josh M. Kondrach of New York, Jackie E. Kondrach of New York and Jenifer Kondrach of Tacoma, Washington; his sister Linda J. Kondrach of Crossville, Tennessee; his half-sister Cheryl Stephenson of Florida; his stepmother Sandy Kondrach of Crossville, Tennessee; his aunt Julie Litwin of Longmont, Colorado; and his nephews, Eric Barnes and P. J. Kondrach.
In lieu of flowers, it was John's wishes that donations be made to Freedom Biker Church.
